1.Challenge:
Industrial control field is usually under bad environment with serious disturbance like high temperature, humidity, vibration, power grid. Especially in electromagnetic and radio interference environment, we need electromagnetic shielding and physical protection of circuit for continuous, reliable, complete data transmission in a long time; in some industrial environments, such as moving or rotating equipment, the routing is very inconvenient.
2 . The solution :
In order to solve these problems, We caimore comes up with a solution for the trouble of data transmission under bad environment, by using a set of GPRS DTU wireless data transmission technology instead of cable control in the industrial control field. This solution uses the Internet server to do remote control with wireless network, it is not restricted by distance and networking architecture.
