Product Features
The core component of the instrument, the tipping bucket, adopts a three-dimensional streamlined design, which makes the tipping bucket turn water more smoothly, and has the functions of self-cleaning dust and easy cleaning. Pulse to 485 signal output, can directly read the rainfall, no need for secondary calculation, simple and convenient.
1.1 Product Overview
The instrument is a primary instrument for precipitation measurement, and its performance meets the requirements of the National standard GB/T 21978.2-2014 "Precipitation Observation Requirements".
The core part of the instrument tip bucket adopts three-dimensional streamline design, so that the tip bucket water flow more smoothly, and has the function of self-cleaning dust, easy cleaning. Pulse to 485 signal output, can directly read rainfall, without second calculation, simple and convenient.
1.2 Structural Characteristics
As shown in Figure 1, the instrument is composed of shell, filter, rain collector, funnel, tipping bucket, wiring terminal, leg bracket, dry spring tube, control box, rain gauge base and so on. Among them, the rain gauge base is installed with a bucket shaft, round horizontal bubble, dry reed tube support and signal output terminal. Different from other tip bucket rain gauge, the instrument tip bucket sleeve for integrated positioning structure, tip bucket through the tip bucket shaft installed in the shaft bearing, the instrument factory internal structure assembly completed, do not need to carry out the internal structure of the site installation, bring convenience to the site installation.
The tipping bucket of the instrument is three-dimensional streamline design, and the design of a drooping arc diversion tip, its beautiful and smooth shape, better turning performance and easy to clean and maintain.
The instrument is equipped with magnets on the flip bucket, dry reed tube bracket is equipped with dry reed tube, the magnet and dry reed tube have been adjusted in the appropriate coupling distance when the instrument leaves the factory, so that the instrument output signal and the flip bucket times have a certain proportion relationship.
